We trust that you will love our products, but understand that there are instances where a product might not be the right fit. In such cases we accept returns within 30 days of receipt with the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.Items must have been purchased from www.fermskincare.com. Any free gifts or promotion items are not eligible for refunds.
• All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed, otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund.
• We do not offer exchanges to international locations.
• We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
• Shipping fees, customs/duties, gift-wrapping services or any additional fees are not eligible for refunds.
• We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
• We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Our products are formulated to be used by all skin types, oily dry or sensitive. Like all skincare products, we encourage customers to "patch test" our products on a small area of skin to ensure compatibility. If you experience any type of discomfort or redness, immediately discontinue use.

For orders over $60 within Canada and the US, shipping is free. For orders under $60 shipping within the Canada and US is $10.

International shipping varies based on country. Typically international orders arrive within 2 weeks.

We strive to ensure only the best possible ingredients go into Ferm products. This means including naturally derived ingredients such as Chicory Root, Rosemary Extract and Vitamin B3. We limit the use of harmful ingredients while increasing the amount of active ingredients in our formulas.
